1. Definitions

• Platform refers to PARACRYP and all related infrastructure, smart contracts, APIs, and UI/UX interfaces.
• User refers to anyone accessing or interacting with the platform.
• Services refers to RWA tokenization, marketplace operations, governance features, or platform integrations.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where crypto-based services are banned
• Have the authority to enter into legally binding contracts

3. Our Services

PARACRYP allows users to:

• Tokenize real-world assets (e.g., real estate, commodities)
• Deploy SPV 3.0 structures for fractional ownership
• Access tools for compliance, KYC, governance, and secure peer-to-peer trading

We do not offer investment advice, custody services, or fiat payment solutions

4. Wallet and Identity

You retain full control over your Web3 wallet. We do not have access to your keys or funds. However, certain features (e.g., asset creation, compliance modules) may require KYC verification or regulatory documentation.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Impersonate another individual or entity
• Interfere with the operation or integrity of the platform

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform

6. Fees

Platform usage may involve:

• Smart contract gas fees (blockchain-native)
• Tokenization or listing fees
• Platform service fees (if applicable)

All fees are disclosed prior to transaction execution

7. Risk Disclaimer

By using PARACRYP, you understand that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• Asset tokenization is subject to jurisdictional risks
• You bear sole responsibility for your decisions
• Crypto assets are volatile and may involve loss

We are not liable for:

• Smart contract errors
• User mistakes (e.g., sending tokens to wrong address)
• Market losses or token devaluation

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, technology, and content are owned by Parameta Technology LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any proprietary material without explicit permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Required by law or regulatory authority
• For technical, security, or operational reasons

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dubai.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms as our platform evolves. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
